Privacy
Family Readiness is a private organizing tool. Here is what it keeps, in plain terms.
What is stored
When you create an account, the email address and password you sign in with are stored so you can return to your record. Inside the app, what is stored is what you type: your entries, your answers to prompts, and your settings.
The app is designed to record what exists and where it is kept — for example, that a will exists and is filed in a home office safe. It is not designed to hold account numbers, passwords, PINs, or document files, and those should not be entered here.
Document scanning
Scanning a document with AI is optional — you never have to use it. When you choose to scan a photo or PDF, the file is sent to an AI service to pull out a few index details, like a name, organization, or phone number. The file itself is not saved by the app: it is used for those few seconds and then discarded. You see the extracted details first and decide whether to save any of them.
Who can see your data
Each user can only see their own data. Nothing you enter is shared with anyone.
Deleting your information
Individual items can be deleted from inside the app whenever you like. To delete your account and everything in it, email identitymattersapparel@gmail.com.
